Corfu Town Hall

The Corfu Town Hall is an elegant Venetian style building located on Plateia Dimarcheiou Square in the heart of Corfu Town.

The Town Hall was completed as a single-story building in 1663 and was used as a meeting place for the nobility.

The Historic Corfu Town Hall

In 1720, the building was converted into a modern theatre called the San Giacomo Theatre.

A second story was added to the building by the British Government in 1903.
